Emile Paradis is the Managing Partner for Referral Institute Atlanta. He is a certified trainer for the Certified Networker® Program, which is designed to assist sales professions in development and implementation of a word-of-mouth marketing plan. Emile has also assisted the Referral Institute in the creation and development of the Referral Mastery Series and Maximizing Your Referral Network.
Emile retired from the Marine Corps Reserve in 1995, last serving on active duty as a Colonel as the Deputy Commander, 4th Force Service Support Group and, subsequently, as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Training, Marine Force Reserve. Upon retirement, he worked as an American Express Financial Advisor, later moving to the Shilla Corporation, a regional third party administrator for employee benefits.
In 1998, Emile started the first chapter of BNI-Business Network International in Louisiana, eventually assisting in the development of an additional 9 chapters. He moved to Atlanta and served as the Managing Area Director for BNI Atlanta from January 2002 through December 2005. Emile oversaw the growth of the region from 19 to 46 chapters. He also instituted an aggressive educational program for BNI members.
Emile also serves as the Executive Director of Fast Forward Restart, a nonprofit assisting business owners and nonprofits in refocusing their businesses after the hurricanes of the fall of 2005.
